Answer: We recommend feed one treat per day.

Answer: No, not suitable for dogs less than 6 months of age.

Question: Are there any sugar, salt or artificial preservatives in the dog treats?
Answer: No, the treat is all natural and free of sugar, salt or artificial preservatives.

Question: How long will an edible chew treat last?
Answer: Edible chew treats are "treat" bones that are meant to be consumed, and all dogs consume edible treats at different rates of speed based on their jaw strength and chewing style.
The "lifespan" of each edible chew treat can also depend on how determined a chewer your dog is.

Question: My dog is allergic to all meat but chicken and turkey as well as all grains. Can I feed your treat to her?
Answer: We recommend consider “Vital Fiber” and “Dent Fresh” series as they are grain free. “Vital Fiber” is vegetarian, 100% no meat and Dent Fresh only contains small amount of Aquatic animal by product.

Answer: Our treat contains natural ingredients that may cause staining on carpets and light coloured fabrics. Outside feeding is recommended.

Answer: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase that you did not use, please return it to the shops that you bought within 15 days.
If you provide your dog's breed, age, weight, and your mailing address, we can replace it with something more appropriate.
